Getting new craft supplies is such a joy for anyone who likes making things. Especially if they can be found at a discount price, right? But where do you really look for them?
More and more people are shopping online to save gas, money and time. Do you?
- Do you purchase craft supplies from a big-well-known online store?
- Do you purchase from non-craft online retailers that might have what you need at a discount price?
- Do you purchase hard to find supplies from small artists online shops?
In your opinion what would be the smartest thing {or things} to do? Where do yo shop for yours?

I have friends that order craft supplies on line but it is not cheeper. The reason is because they do not have stores they can purchase items in. I like the stores because I can use coupons and I have so many choices. But I don't do "Alot of Art". I am a hobbyist and a personal crafter. Some teachers teach alot of classes so they need to purchase bulk items on line. I don't think I can say which is a better way especially since there are so many different crafts. What do you do?
I like going into a store to see what I'm getting. We have some great art stores here which are great for specialty things, as well as stores like Michaels for basics.

Well, I believe it depends on what kind of materials and tools you need.
It depends where you live...
And if you prefer the "in person experience" at the stores.
You can also use coupons online.
I personally like shopping online most of the time. It's convenient and it saves me time!
I can work out the shipping charges and save money.
Visiting stores in person is fun and do it from time to time...
not much variety here in T.O.

I like going into a store....plus I can go home with it the same day as usually I am wanting to make my craft that day. Hugs to you.
