A fabulous Labout Day enjoying Dim Sum and strolling the streets of Chinatown, Toronto.

What a beautiful Labour Day we had here in Toronto! It was ideal to hit the restaurants in town. Although I mentioned otherwise on this post we ended enjoying Dim Sum and strolling the streets of Chinatown. Do you like Dim Sum?

We thought it would be a little quieter than any other day but we were wrong. Surprise! There were line ups in many restaurants. It was all worth it. After such a nice meal we decided to walk a few blocks. Here is the Chinatown Moose dressed in costume. Isn't it cool?

We used to have moose everywhere in the year 2000. It was Moose in the City! More than three hundred fibreglass moose statues were exhibited all around Toronto. But by the end of the year  sadly {yes, I did like them!}...they all disappeared...Did you like them?

I will tell you a little secret...they are not all gone as you can see on the photo above...we also saw one decorated in green, red and white {that's right! the Italian flag colours} right in the gardens of the Italian Consulate...Right across the Chinatown Moose.

What a fun place! Love Dim Sum - what a fab moose - I want to go for a ride in that cart too.
