Uniqueness is one of the things that describes the Prairie Girl Bakery. The expression "it's the icing on the cake" couldn't be more exact. It's the combination of the cupcakes base and the icing what makes them delicious!
Jean Blacklock, owner of the Prairie Girl Bakery believes in traditional baking and making her cupcakes with real butter.
While taking a closer look of the cupcakes I noticed a glittery spark shining on the very white icing of these above. It was Peppermint Candy! In fact this cupcake is called Peppermint Chocolate. Wouldn't it make the perfect Christmas cupcake?
