Photos, and more photos still to edit...but I am getting there...So much happening at the studio, so little time. One of the reasons I love San Francisco is for its so many interesting and very different neighborhoods. Today I want to share with you the old rock-and-roll lifestyle neighborhood also known as The Height or Haight-Ashbury.
I have always been curious to see where some top psychedelic rock performers lived. Here are from top to bottom Janis Joplin's apartment at 122 Lyon Street, the Jefferson Airplane's mansion {amazing!} at 2400 Fulton and the Grateful Dead's house at 710 Ashbury.
Although the "Summer of Love" is long gone this neighborhood still has that hippie, bohemian charm...And by the way if you like Victorian architecture this is the place to visit!
Do you listen to rock & roll? If so what is your favorite band?

I have more interesting things to show you about this area...stay tuned!
